Returns

If for some reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase,  we will gladly refund your purchase. Send us an email which includes your contact information, the item purchased, and explain the reason for the return. The item(s) must returned in original condition to us within 7 business days of the delivery date for refund. We will not, however, refund any shipping and/or handling costs.

Our damage policy does NOT include natural tarnishing of the chain (and/or other metals) or the fading of leather. Contact us at salesluketti@gmail.com for further information.

 

Shipping and Handling

We ship our items within 4 business days from when you have placed your order using USPS Priority Mail. If you have rush delivery needs, please contact us at salesluketti@gmail.com so we can accommodate your request asap. 

All international orders are shipped via International Priority Mail. 
Luketti handcrafted jewelry is not responsible for the payment of any customs, taxes in your country. 



Sales Tax

Sales Tax:  All Indiana residents are required to pay 7% sales tax on all Luketti purchases.
